Career

Dr. Guerette is the founder, Director, and CEO of The Intimate Wellness Institute of Virginia (founded 2009), the region's only specialized Urogynecology practice. He is triple board certified in Urogynecology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Family Medicine. Previously served as Director of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital and Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as Associate Program Director of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Drexel/Hahnemann University College of Medicine. He is the first formally trained Urogynecologist in Central Virginia and has published and presented nationally and internationally on approximately 60 topics related to Urogynecology.
